• Ensure quality and functionality of software products through comprehensive testing and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement effective testing strategies.
• Enhance overall user experience across mobile applications and web services.
• Create, modify, and maintain automation test scripts.
• Plan, write, and execute functional test cases and scripts manually.
• Conduct API testing and integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Perform database testing, including data conversion testing.
• Carry out load, performance, security, and end-to-end testing.
• Utilize tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and JavaScript test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Mocha.js, Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Puppeteer, Nightwatch.js).
• Lead and mentor QA teams, particularly in large-scale Agile projects.
• Support the transformation of legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases.
• Apply dual-track development processes.
• Manage version control using Git platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, DevOps).
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Use data analytics tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights from data.
