REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating in in ISO9001 facilities
• Ability to multitask and delivery expected results
• Ability to read Blue Prints and drawings
• Experience with CMM programming and operations or similar CNC experience
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Access, ERP systems)
• Demonstrate responsibility, respect, dependability, patience, and productivity in order to create a positive work environment
• Influential leadership skills to keep the team focused and prioritized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledgeable with applying SPC techniques to make processes more robust
• Knowledgeable with GD&T

JOB PURPOSE

• Work with suppliers to address quality issues, approve new parts and improve their quality performance for Banjo. Identify and drive key metrics for Supplier performance and develop suppliers as an extension of Banjo. Support all quality activities for production to improve the quality performance.
