Description

Participate in NPI quality assurance activities (APQP) for PCBA, assembly, and testing. Develop and maintain QMS documentation (procedures, instructions, standards, validation protocols). Conduct internal, process audits and support external audits. Manage customer/supplier complaints using 8D methodology. Monitor and analyze QMS metrics for continuous improvement. Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Quality Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QMS, preferably in PCBA. Hands-on experience with PCBA/assembly processes (SMT, soldering, assembly). Experience or knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies. Strong knowledge of PCBA, assembly, and testing processes. Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, ESD, AQL, GD&T, ISO 9001/IATF 16949 (APQP, PPAP, NCR, CAPA). Experience in audits, complaint handling, and data analysis. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office. Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency (4 skills) is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, proactive and accountable.
