SUMMARY

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at CRAM-A-LOT INC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products through rigorous testing and analysis, with providing direct support to the manufacturing lines through development and implementation of methods and procedures to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed . Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industrial recycling equipment sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, ASQ CQE and /or other certifications preferred
• Strong communication (oral and written) , analytical , problem solving and project management skills to be able to work efficiently in a team enviroment.
• Learn and apply applicable industrial requirements within the ANSI Z245 family of standards.
• Understanding of SPC,FMEA, Gage R & R and Capability Analysis practices and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, time management skills and proficient in basic math. Must have the ability to conduct and document a technical investigation.

• Achieves organization goals by taking ownership for completing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to work
• Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control, such as conformance in manufacturing , incoming goods control, and product inspection.
• Generates instructions for final inspection and processing of manufactured parts and assemblies.
• Reads and understands blueprints, drawings and specs within the QE’s resposibility
• Perform performance testing to ensure product reliability under various conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members of all levels while participating in proactive team efforts to me departmental and company goals
