Job Description **Quality Assurance Executive/Specialist - Responsibilities** Manage and supervise in-store QA activities, ensuring compliance with METRO standards and local regulations; conduct statistical reporting and analysis to improve compliance performance Implement and strengthen FSSC 22000, Halal, and METRO Corporate Standards; act as Food Safety Team Leader Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met through coordination with relevant stakeholders, authority agencies, and internal departments Coordinate training programmes on food safety, quality, and legality aspects across the organisation Establish and maintain SOPs/WIs aligned with company standards and national regulations, including product monitoring and labelling systems Handle customer complaints, quality incidents, and crisis management, including product recalls and returns Develop and implement document and data control systems Reduce quality-related losses through collaboration with operations and QA teams to identify improvement opportunities Qualifications Bachelors/Masters
