Resource Planning & alignment to Vendor/KP Quality Production · Day to Day planning of QC team for Vendor/KP locations. · Quality Alignment of Vendor/KP production. · Maintaining Attendance/leave records for off role Quality team. · Timely dispatch of Quality products to Btqs · Proper monitoring of offline employees & timely · SLA adherence (proposed) · Process audit at vendor locations for establishing process assurance. · Product quality assurance at vendor locations through product audits · To initiate and focus on the quality at source (QC=QA) & elimination of obvious defects at QA & QC gate · Project deployment. 3.
