A. PROFILE Role Title: Digital Quality Assurance Executive Reporting to: Digital Product Development Senior Manager Division: Digital Department / Section: Digital B. CONTEXT Purpose: The purpose of this role is to identify defects, ensure high-quality, error-free delivery, improving user experience and execution of all digital services and features across U9's key digital products and platforms. This includes validating releases on the MOA app, M-Pitesan Consumer and Agent/Merchant apps, Website, Chatbot, and Dealer App. Context: This position operates within the broader context of U9's digital transformation and customer experience strategy. As the organization expands its digital footprint, maintaining a high standard of quality and engagement across multiple platforms is essential. The role contributes directly to user satisfaction, operational excellence, and data-driven leadership decisions by ensuring that all digital touchpoints function reliably, content is delivered effectively, and performance insights are clearly reported and actionable. C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for product releases and enhancements Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT validation to ensure product quality and readiness Identify, track, and support resolution of defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle Prepare and provide detailed test summaries, reports, and release sign-offs Support release cycles, deployment activities, and post-production monitoring to ensure smooth rollout and stability Continuously align and coordinate with key stakeholders on product changes, testing progress, and release readiness Provide product support throughout the product lifecycle, including requirement clarification, development support, launch, and post-release optimization Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing practices, and product quality standards Stay up to date with industry trends, digital innovations, emerging technologies, and QA best practices Perform ad-hoc duties and other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or software testing Hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications Basic understanding of regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies Ability to prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and testing documentation Experience supporting release cycles, defect tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination Familiarity with Agile development environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams Basic knowledge of product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Minimum Entry Qualifications Bachelor of IT (or) Certificate in IT Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is a bonus. Good English language skill
