Job Title: Quality Assurance
Location: Aberdare
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.75 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating
Please note: Due to the early start time, having your own transport is highly recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Specs and QAS’s are up to date and available to production.
  • Complete and close out GMP audits to schedule and action of NCR’s.
  • Raising and investigating non-conformances.
  • Ensuring Swabbing (ATP) and Data loggers are carried out at the correct intervals.
  • Calibration of scales daily (once a shift).
  • Weekly calibration of Temperature Probes.
  • pH and Brix testing and any other testing required.
  • Calibration of probes to schedule.
  • Complete Glass and Plastic audits to schedule and action of any issues that arise from the audit.
  • Quality control of all product being produced and paperwork checks.
  • Incoming and finished goods checks.
  • Control of returns and on hold.
  • Reviewing/validating pre and post hygiene swabbing.
  • Auditing of all CCP’s.
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of our BRCGS and IMS management systems.
