SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Familiarity with ISO Class 8 clean room procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe, EZ Label.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical demands (standing, sitting, minor lifting).
• Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and materials.
• Tasks involve repetitive motion, visual inspections, and some physical labor.
• Team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections.
• Select and inspect samples per quality standards; document all results.
• Inspect raw materials upon receipt and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Identify and communicate deviations, drawing issues, and equipment needs to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and sample retention.
• Utilize inspection tools (surface plate, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
• Operate computerized equipment for reports and data tracking.
