Description
To validate the quality of the purchased part or component based on established acceptance criteria; and to detect quality issues/problems before production starts. • Perform Incoming inspection on purchased goods (OEM and BTP) (machined and sheet metal parts) for Repeat and First Article (FA) parts to ensure compliance with the inspection plan and customer specifications. • Check the part covering document to determine if the part received requires First Article Inspection (FAI) or normal inspection. • Coordinate the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting, provide disposition for the non-conformance part found, and send the Non Conformance Report (NCR) to the stakeholders in a timely manner. • Update the disposition, required action, and the action owners in FS REM. • Document and archive inspection as a quality record. • Maintain general housekeeping. • Support and participate in company improvement programs. • Participate in the yearly QIC / Quality Planning project. • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or any other relevant qualification. • Minimum 1 years of experience in Semiconductor, manufacturing, high precision machining industry. • Good problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions • Good communication skills -
