Our client, an innovative manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team in Camarillo, CA. This is a high-impact role for a detail-driven professional with aerospace or mechanical engineering experience and strong knowledge of certification standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience managing AS9100 Quality Management Systems
• Hands-on experience with aviation product certification standards (DO-160/DO-178)
• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Lead and manage all aspects of the AS9100 Quality Management System
• Oversee and participate in product certification activities, ensuring compliance with aviation standards including DO-160/DO-178
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support design, manufacturing, and quality initiatives
• Serve as the quality lead during audits and regulatory assessments
