Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that the Quality Assurance inspection is carried out at the relevant Build stages and that the report is signed dated and submitted
• Be aware of all allocated/random inspections commencement and completion dates
• Ensure that we maintain a good working relationship with all our suppliers and subcontractors when interaction occurs whilst on job sites
• Be aware of current industry standards and requirements to ensure Metricon Homes is not disadvantaged or out of touch in any way
• Promote and observe Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures; and
• Ensure that our customers are treated with respect and their queries/ concerns are addressed with a sense of urgency
