QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a 2 year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent (required).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in measuring plastic injection molded parts.
• Proficiency in programming and using the Keyence Instant Measurement System and

Micro-Vu measuring system.

• Proficiency in using manual calipers, micrometers, drop gauges, bore gauges, gauge

pins, and other measurement tools.

• Ability to use Solidworks for designing measurement fixtures.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques and Cpk analysis using Minitab and Excel
• Experience with first article inspections and quality control in a manufacturing setting
