Function of the Group: Data, mitigating risk
Industry background: Banking/financial background preferred
Team Dynamic: 60+ individuals undermanager. 30 onsite, 30 offshore – 11 fulltime, QA lead will be interacting with a smaller group from this team.
Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate must be at least 8 years of experience with strong ETL/Hadoop data testing experience. He/She must have strong knowledge on SQL/HQL and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Also must have experience in Onsite/Offshore delivery model and well versed with STLC process.

FLEX SKILLS/NICE TO HAVE:

Any Python development knowledge
automation testing

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong written and verbal communication
Can independently work
Education/Certifications: Bachelors, will look at experience in lieu of education
Software testing or related areas certifications a plus.
