Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management, or a related field.
  • ISTQB certification for Testers is preferred, or at least familiarity with ISTQB standards.
  • Over 2 years of experience as a QA Lead in the banking industry.
  • Experience in testing Contact Center applications (e.g., Genesys, 3Dolphins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine) is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Jira.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in agile project delivery is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Linux commands, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Willing to commit to a 12-month contract with a possible extension.
  • Strong team player.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Developers, and users to design software.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly test progress reports.
  • Create and plan testing strategies.
  • Review manual and automation test scripts and scenarios.
  • Manage and monitor the QA team and assist with test execution when needed.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of testing results.
