Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate testing activities across cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Utilize Xray for Jira to design, organize, manage, execute, and track test cases and test cycles.
Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
Monitor testing progress, identify risks, track issues, and provide regular status updates.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
Review test results, coordinate defect management, and support issue resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
Support the team in ensuring deliverables meet quality, business, and functional expectations.

Required QualificationsProven experience in a Senior QA, Test Lead, or Test Management role.
Strong hands-on experience with Xray for Jira for test management.
Experience creating and managing test cases, test plans, test executions, and test reports in Xray.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycles.
Experience working in cross-functional and Agile environments.
Ability to manage multiple testing activities and priorities.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira and related test management workflows.
