Own CBT Tech Arch Workstrem Quality Assurance framework, not testing. It is around development, integration, platform and so on... Define how quality is assured, not how tests are executed Core responsibilities (at the beginning) : Define QA governance across: Development lifecycle Integration lifecycle DVM lifecycle Platform changes Establish quality safeguards (to be discussed) : Quality gates Mandatory reviews Control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live) Define and own (to be discussed) : CBT - QA operating model alongside Platform C4E RACI for quality ownership DoR / DoD from an assurance perspective Introduce assurance mechanisms (to be discussed) : Independent reviews Readiness assessments Risk-based quality checks Define quality KPIs & leading indicators Act as second line of defense for delivery quality Align QA with Architecture, Security, Risk & Compliance Profile Senior, authoritative, comfortable with governance Strong SDLC, integration, and enterprise delivery experience Not a “test manager” Work model : Remote international Start date: 2026-03-09 End date: 2026-11-26 Application Deadline: 2026-03-07 Are you the right person for the assignment, or do you want to recommend a strong candidate?
