Summary: Ace Computers, a leading provider of information technology solutions and one of the top 100 Custom System Builders in the US, is seeking to add a member to our team. This role will report to the Director of Quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control across Ace Computers’ manufacturing and service operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in computer hardware or electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality methodologies.
  • Experience with government contracting and compliance (e.g., NIST, FAR, DFARS) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, CAPA systems).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
  • Lead internal and external audits; ensure compliance with government and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage quality documentation, including SOPs, inspection protocols, and training materials.
  • Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product testing.
  • Train and mentor quality assurance staff; foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Interface with customers and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters.
