That’s the power of plus. Job Description Your Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy of inventory values and system stock levels (SAP MM-IM, legacy systems, 3PL WMS). Define, execute, and improve processes to maintain correct and compliant inventory records. Identify and resolve discrepancies, WMS process failures, or interface issues. Support SAP rollouts as Business Process Owner and Key User for SAP MM-IM. Take ownership of financial closing processes, including in-transit inventory. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inventory-related issues. Implement best practices and drive continuous process improvement (CIP). Conduct regular audits (cycle counts, spot checks, variance analysis) to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouses, 3PL partners, and digital listings. Monitor returns, damages, and restocking processes to ensure proper reconciliation and minimal revenue leakage. Qualifications Several years of experience in a comparable role in inventory management or supply chain. Knowledge of SAP MM-IM, ideally also SAP CI and IDoc monitoring. Solid understanding of warehouse and fulfilment processes. Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis. Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with SQL and Tableau is a plus. Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
