Requirements:

  • Has experience with submitting data and reviewing in Net Inspect such as submitting FAIR’s and submitting shipment documentation such as data packs.
  • Experience in quality control/assurance in aerospace and defense manufacturing
  • Has PPAP and zero defects experience
  • 1-3 years MINIMUM or proven experience as quality assurance manager or equivalent
  • High proficiency of problem solving
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and identify trends or patterns
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision

Must possess the following:
· Possess the ability to assure consistent quality of products by developing and enforcing best practices that align with ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100D certification and Alliance Machine’s business model.
· Able to Manage and maintain Alliance Machine’s QMS system and keep up to date with current rev documentation.
· Achieves operational objectives and goals by reviewing and preparing action plans, implementing production, quality, and customer service standards, identifying and resolving problems, overseeing and completing audits, determining system improvements and implementing change.
· Develops quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventative measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures and corrective and preventive actions.
·Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and developing training for the growth of staff employees.
· Demonstrates the ability to work with multiple departments including Sales, Production, Quality and Purchasing to develop the most cost-effective methods and practices of manufacturing to meet customer requirements and demands.
·Ability to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously is required with strong organizational, analytical skills.
·Be self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible individual that possesses the initiative and ability to tackle new projects, challenges, and concepts. Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
·Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends on failed processes, stability studies, product life cycles and corrective and preventive actions.
- Able to help facilitate FAI’s, AQL’s, PPAP and FAIR submissions, and final inspections.
·Possess the ability to manage, supervise and train areas of accountability to the Quality Assurance Manager.
·Can use all Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Inspection Expert and Mini Tab, effectively when reporting to owners, upper management and in business correspondence.
·Has the ability to develop business relationships with both customers and suppliers and act in a customer service role. Must also be a team player and willing to communicate effectively with other key employees and direct reports.
· Possess all of Alliance Machine’s core values.
· Knowledge of blueprints, GD&T, inspection methods and equipment.
· Maintains inspection equipment, calibration, and servicing equipment.
