POSITION SUMMARY:

The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the development and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet customer requirements and industry standards. They lead training programs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating cross-functionally, they provide technical support and contribute to health and safety initiatives. With strong leadership skills, they inspire accountability, foster teamwork, and drive organizational success in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager.

• Reports To: President & CEO.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Location: On-Site.
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
• Pay Range: The typical hiring range for this position is from $97,430 - $126,940 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
