How Your Role Makes a Difference * Oversee child welfare contracts within the respective branch location(s) * Collaborate with DHHS partners to provide data and analysis as needed * Review case files, documentation, and service activities to ensure adherence to agency policies, state regulations, and contractual performance measures * Analyze trends, generate reports, and facilitate CQI meetings to recommend strategies for improving outcomes and addressing systemic challenges * Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to Foster Care, Licensing, and State Adoption * Perform regular quality reviews of case records to assess service delivery, identify risks, and verify data accuracy and completeness * Work closely with directors and supervisors to develop and implement corrective action plans, training needs, and workflow improvements based on QA findings * Oversee data entry and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to funders, accreditation bodies, and internal stakeholders * Provide training and technical assistance to staff on documentation practices, case compliance, and quality expectations to promote consistency and accountability * Oversee the distribution and analysis of satisfaction surveys from clients, caregivers, and stakeholders to inform service improvements and measure impact * Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by the supervisor * Essential job responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of each program/department * May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany-sponsored event * Complete other duties as assigned What Will Make You Successful * Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field from an accredited college * Broad knowledge of basic principles, concepts, and methodologies of Human Services * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to apply logic and critical thinking for problem-solving * Experience in child and family welfare * Reliable with time-sensitive deadlines and tasks * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality * Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change * Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany * Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate coverage * Must pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries * Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity We Invest in You * Experience a team environment with other professionals who are motivated by faith, support one another, pursue excellence, and are in it for the long haul * Access to training, professional development, and career growth opportunities  * Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) * 403(b) retirement plan with employer match eligibility * Generous time off (11 paid holidays, PTO YourWay, paid parental leave, separate sick and paid absence banks)  * Access to education reimbursement for those that qualify * Comprehensive employee assistance and wellness program  * Employer paid long-term disability and group term life insurance  #LI-LV1
