Description

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within a Hospital is must.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
Proven experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISO, JCI, or NCQA.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus for multicultural environments.
Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools to enhance quality reporting.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in training and mentoring staff.
