At Polyethics, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. As we expand our operations, particularly in the mulch and bag sectors, we need a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team.
Your Role:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards that our customers have come to expect. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our products meet rigorous quality standards and that our processes are continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
  • Identify and address any quality issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and practices.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service and the operations team to address customer complaints.
  • Implement investigation process for managing complaints from start to finish.

  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.

  • Command of the written English language
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 [preferred]
  • Internal ISO 9001 auditor [preferred]
  • Preferred knowledge of manufacturing or production processes and procedures
