If you are excited by the above, we are seeking a process driven individual to join our dynamic team at Sauce Shop, as our Quality Assurance Manager. This role is one of the most important pivotal roles within the Technical and Operational areas of the business, ensuring we manufacture our product ethically, legally whilst meeting customer and BRC requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and champion a collaborative food safety and quality culture across the site providing leadership and direction to the Operations and Supply Chain teams.
Support the business in driving continuous improvement and managing our greatest risks by challenging and validating our systems and processes.
Maintain positive customer relationships through the delivery of successful customer audits when requested
Lead on site standards and quality to ensure the site meets customer requirements.
Ensure that we have robust process and systems in place in relation to BRC, Customer Codes of Practice and Food Safety requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Min 5 years’ experience in FMCG or similar environment, and with at least 3 years within a Technical role
  • HACCP Level 3 qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience in retailer quality systems
  • BRC Compliance and audits aware.
  • Project management skills
