This is an opportunity to join a leading general contractor delivering major industrial and mission-critical projects across Germany and wider Europe. As Project Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality standards from early construction through to commissioning, validation and final handover, ensuring the successful delivery of highly regulated and technically complex environments.

The business has a strong pipeline of projects across Germany and Europe, creating genuine progression opportunities into senior leadership positions, wider European project assignments and future major projects. The company operates across the data centre, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing and wider industrial sectors.

As Project Quality Manager, you will culture ensuring quality is embedded throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will work closely with project leadership, construction teams, supply chain partners and clients to ensure the highest standards of delivery are achieved.

Your Role as Project Quality Manager Will Include:

• Implementing and managing ISO 9001-compliant quality management systems.
• Developing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality sign-off procedures and quality hold points.
• Conducting audits, inspections and quality reviews across all construction activities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across project teams and subcontractors.
• Managing quality documentation, reporting and client-facing quality processes.
• Supporting commissioning, validation and final project handover.
