In this standalone quality role, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and champion food safety and quality culture at our Springwood bakery. This is a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with national standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Purpose of the Role Lead and coach the site team to embed a strong food safety and quality culture Oversee compliance with GFSI, HACCP, FSANZ and customer quality standards Manage internal audits, certification processes, and non-conformance close-outs Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including GMP and QA strategies Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to achieve key milestones Provide technical guidance and training on food safety and quality standards About You The ideal candidate will have: Tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalent Strong experience in food manufacturing and quality systems Knowledge of audit processes, HACCP, and QMS reporting Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail Why Join Us?
