Marine Engineer/Mechanical Engineer, minimum of ten (10) years experience in the Marine Industry in new build, repairs, refurbish, repowering of Marine Vessels (Ship/Boats), familiar with applicable Marine equipment, function, operation, maintenance and specifications.
Will take the lead role in the maintenance and continuous development of the Quality System for a Boat/Ship building company. Hands-on position involved with the continued development of processes and procedures, inspections, tests, audits, supply chain development, recording, filing, documentation and record controls.
Marine technical knowledge, knowledge of materials, products and equipment, strong leadership skills, project management experience an asset. Answers directly to the VP of Operations, work closely and in cohesion with all other Managers, works directly with production personnel, interface and liaison with Customers, Third Party Representatives, Government and/or Regulatory Inspectors or Designated Authorities.
Strong marine knowledge, interpersonal skills, communication (written and verbal) skills, good computer knowledge, basic all Office type software, Scheduling, AutoCAD, Rhino, other 3D Programs and in house MRP’s.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
