Our client, Sugo Tu PTY LTD, is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Quality Assurance Manager to lead and refine food quality system.

Job Title:

· Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibility:

· Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet internal and external standards

Duties:

· Supervise the implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures.

• Developing and enforcing quality standards and procedures, ensuring all team members follow them.
• Establishing and maintaining a strong communication channel with other departments to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the production process.

· Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

· Investigate and resolve quality issues, including corrective actions.

· Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality integration.

· Maintain accurate QA documentation, including reports and non-conformance records.

· Support internal and external audits as required.

Qualification:

· AQF Bachelor or Higher

· 1-3 years of experience in a leadership Quality Assurance role, preferably in food manufacturing

· Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, quality management systems and auditing.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in computer systems related to QA processes.

Salary:

· $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation

Employment Condition:

· Full Time / 38 hours per week

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
