Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and continual improvement of the Business Management System (BMS) across CBRE Advisory operations. This role ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance, drives operational excellence, and acts as the primary liaison with auditing bodies and senior stakeholders during certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
This job is part of the Risk & Compliance team that supports the UK Advisory business, which is responsible for oversighting and upholding appropriate standards, rules and regulations given the complex regulatory landscape that the UK Advisory business is exposed to. Support the Director – Risk as well as the wider team in priority activity.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Maintain and oversee the BMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable CBRE policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report monthly internal audit findings, and corrective action metrics to senior management.
  • Lead the non-conformance management process, including root cause analysis, preventive actions, and timely corrective action closure.
  • Co-ordinate and ensure the effective execution of internal audits across business units and markets using a risk-based approach.
  • Contributes to Management Review meetings by demonstrating internal audit and corrective action dashboards and nonconformance trend analysis.
  • Support teams with ongoing compliance support and monitoring.
  • Facilitate tailored quality training and awareness campaigns to improve quality culture across all levels of the organisation.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities through stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with transformation teams to integrate quality practices with digital tools with a view to automation efficiency.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of changes in ISO standards, industry trends, and quality best practices and share insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead on the annual Surveillance Audit as well as the full re-certification every 3 years.
  • Assist the Director – Risk in the maintenance of the Risk Management Framework and assist in other Control / Assurance activity outside of ISO.
