POSITION SUMMARY
Provides direction and support to the Assembly and Service departments. Responsible for supervising the team that performs quality inspections for product prior to shipping, ensuring that only product that meets our quality standards is shipped to dealers. Also supervises Agricultural Equipment Mechanic in repair function Battleboro Assembly facility. Assists Quality Assurance team by identifying, tracking and reporting quality problems as they are identified by inspections of assembled product. Supports rework campaigns to correct quality problems in the field. Assists with the development of new products and modifications to existing products. Assists with testing of new products.

Quality Control for Battleboro Assembly. Ensures all product shipped from assigned facilities meets all quality standards before being release for shipping to dealers. Performs this assurance directly and through the PDI and Agricultural Mechanic team in Battleboro. Provides support for technicians and service managers during quality rework campaigns. Assists with progress management to ensure problems are corrected in a timely manner.
Supervises Quality Control Floor team, which include PDI and Mechanic positions. Provides daily direction to the team to focus activities and resources to meet business objectives. Reviews both team and individual performance and take corrective action when necessary. Trains and coaches team members to ensure execution standards are met and quality standards are not compromised.
Works with Quality Assurance to make sure we provide timely feedback regarding quality issues identified. Works with QA to develop recommendations and actions required to correct quality issues identified. Assists in testing products as needed by Quality Assurance.
