A mid-level management position in the Quality Assurance department at Lyons Magnus, a food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The Quality Assurance Manager requires an understanding of team leadership, problem solving, quality principles, and technology. Operationally including but not limited to quality and safety assurance of all products, plant and equipment capabilities, accuracy of formulations, GMPs, HACCP guidelines and technical leadership. Pay Range: $110,000 – $125,000 + bonus Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available) Schedule: Monday – Friday, with rotating weekend coverage Location: Fresno, CA Travel Requirements:

Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Assurance department by coaching staff and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and R&D to manage manufacturing deviations and continuously improve processes to reduce defects.
