JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of ISO principles. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO principles and implementation strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with ISO guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organisation.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings, and recommendations for management review.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality assurance.
