We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills and a comprehensive understanding of quality management systems. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and QA/QC best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Familiarity with project management principles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality control measures.

• Collaborate with production teams to establish quality benchmarks and ensure that manufacturing processes align with these standards.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage QA/QC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics for management review.
