1. Job Purpose & Scope The Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities of the Company in accordance with Company’s ISO9001 certified Quality Management System and any Commercial standard, responsibility to ensure that our product quality delivered to customers is satisfactory. Establish system and work closely with related stakeholders to identify root cause of none conforming and follow up corrective action. Support technical knowledge to improve energy and material usage and plant trouble shooting to achieve optimizes plant condition. Analysis and preparation production by work closely with all stakeholder to optimize production control and processes to achieve optimum product quality, meeting customer‘s requirement, delivery and cost. Plan and implement task as assigned by FOM. 2. Key Result Areas Key Responsibilities & Job Content The QA Manager shall responsible for: Quality Management System (QMS) Responsible for ISO document control and lead auditor of internal auditor Consolidate KPI data from each function for the QMR approval and communicate to all employees and report to management review meeting Plan, minutes and report non-conformance actions, corrective actions, recommendation to the management review meeting Planning, implementing, and communicating the internal and external audits with all parties concerned to execute as target date Organize, recommend quality training topic to improve employee knowledge Quality Management System and Procedures reviews against existing and new requirements, to ensure a robust establishment to prevent non-conformance from customers and 3rd party audit, Quality Control and Assurance (QC & QA) Collecting and analysing data from production, quality trends report and propose corrective action plans to production and engineering or management for the quality control and assurance Directing, developing, motivating, controlling and maintaining quality assurance and technical service staffs in order to reach the accurate, punctual and efficient quality assurance system and technical service Leads multiple functional teams to interpret and implement most complex requirements of industrial standards and customer specific requirements Keep records for assessment, testing result of current raw material suppliers and reports on non- conformance included with recommendation for the selection of potential raw material suppliers, e.g. Basalt, Dolomite, Coke, Iron ore, Urea, including Quality Plan and organize manpower and system requirements for in process Quality Assurance inspection to ensure end products comply with specification Ensure all sampling and laboratory test procedures for raw materials and finished goods are carried out in accordance to set standards and methods Manage, design and implement the quality assurance system and procedures and routine testing programs for both raw materials and manufactured products and update where necessary Ensure all quality results are well documented and reported to the relevant staff in a clear and concise manner at prescribed intervals Maintain and administer site material safety data sheet register Coordinator with the external inspector for the product approval and test Coordinate with the government organization for the TIS – Thai Industrial Standard certification Other International Standard Responsible for all Management System/Standard/Certification and Audit Planning and promotion regarding the Standard/certification and quality control Assess the quality level and confirmation of conformity with the Standard of the industrial and mineral products, etc. concerning the certification of the registered certification body Guidance and advice, and coordination among departments regarding the implementation of the Standard/Certification and quality control of each process Treatment regarding abnormalities, complaints, etc. generated in the process and guidance and advice for the measures.
