Responsibilities

THIS IS THE ROLE

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and develop quality programs that ensure product compliance and exceed customer expectations. Based at our Milton, ON facility, this role plays a key part in driving defect prevention, process improvement, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead the Quality Control Supervisor and XRF Lab Technician.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead quality systems to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet specifications.
  • Manage audits, certifications, and product testing for regulatory and customer compliance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and oversee incoming material inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement a site-specific Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Align and execute the annual quality strategy with factory goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team, fostering high performance and engagement.
  • Manage department budget and identify cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support quality initiatives across ROCKWOOL NA, with occasional travel as needed.
