OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality control measures.

Responsibilities
  • Verify product quality through audit and support of all areas.
  • Liaise with customers with respect to ensuring a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
  • Develop quality planning (control plans, inspection instructions, etc.) for products & processes.
  • Support Product Quality through training in required inspection activities and facilitation of the corrective action process, and control and management of the company’s internal management system for recording, tracking, and resolving quality complaints and irregularities
  • Verification of Process Control i.e.: SOP’s, Vendor selection, Quality Complaints.
  • Conducting annual vendor reviews.
  • Conducting management review meetings.
  • Preparation of ongoing product packaging standards for consistency and standardization.
  • Manage nonconforming products through the product hold and release process.
  • Support the review of supplier documentation in cooperation with other Quality team members.
  • Generate quality performance reports as required.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and prevent quality issues.
  • Uncover root causes on all verbal and written customer concerns.
  • Lead ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Recertification Licensing Process Externally.
  • Lead ISO 9001 & MDSAP internal audits in conjunction with Managers and Leadership.
  • Review and approve product specifications and UIS.
  • Oversee the creation of new SDS files and maintenance of the existing ones.
  • Oversee Risk Management Review Meetings and follow up action items.
  • Act as Quality representative for ISO purposes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
