We’re on the hunt for an experienced QA Manager to lead our compliance and food safety systems across all locations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll make sure every kebab we serve is as safe, fresh, and delicious as it is unforgettable.

• Conduct internal audits and store inspections to keep standards sky-high
• Maintain and strengthen our HACCP food safety and hygiene systems
• Lead investigations and reporting on any quality control issues
• Train store teams on compliance, hygiene, and food handling best practices
• Stay across food safety regulations and roll out updates across the business
