Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager that’s (SQF Certified). You would be responsible for leading food safety and quality programs across production, packaging, and ingredient supply. This role ensures full compliance with SQF, FDA, and other regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in QA processes and team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in QA within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of SQF, FDA, HACCP, GMPs, and food safety systems
• Experience managing audits and leading QA teams
• Proficient in QA software and data reporting tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Manage and maintain compliance with SQF, FDA, HACCP, GMPs, and internal quality programs
• Lead audits, inspections, corrective actions, and ensure audit readiness
• Develop and train QA team and plant staff on food safety and quality standards
• Oversee QA procedures, lab operations, documentation, and mock recalls
• Act as primary contact for customer audits, complaints, and inquiries
• Collaborate with production, sanitation, engineering, and warehouse to resolve quality issues
• Monitor KPIs, analyze quality data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilize QA and supplier verification software (e.g., Foodlogiq, TraceGains)
• Partner with sanitation to enforce food safety protocols and audit readiness
