EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical QA/QC or regulatory compliance role.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated or nutraceutical/pharmaceutical environment strongly preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documentation.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance (QA) professional to oversee the management and integrity of our compliance documentation and quality systems. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all company operations align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and 21 CFR Part 211 regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to uphold the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance.
