POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Nurse (QA Nurse) to lead chart reviews, identify documentation issues, and support field clinicians in maintaining compliance with commercial insurance guidelines. This is an in-office position ideal for a detail-oriented RN with strong communication skills and at least one year of home health experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active RN license in Texas (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of home health documentation and commercial payor standards
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (Kantime preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in a QA or chart review role
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance processes in a home health setting
