Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a QA Nurse for Home Health, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care possible. You will work closely with our team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and guidelines. Responsibilities: - Conduct regular quality assurance audits of patient care plans and documentation - Complete record review according to agency-defined parameters and timeframes - Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies - Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and guidelines - Provide education and training to nursing staff on quality assurance and improvement processes - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate and complete records of all quality assurance activities - Fully understand current Medicare guidelines and COP's If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a passion for quality patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
