Description

Alina Homecare are looking to recruit an additional Compliance Manager to join our fantastic Quality Assurance Team in supporting multiple branches.

COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS

  • IT literate including the use of excel
  • Drivers Licence and transport
  • Be able to deal with potentially stressful, deadline driven situations.
  • Accept the 24/7 nature of the job including significant travel and possible overnight stays at the company’s expense
  • Be experienced in providing personal care to a wide range of Service Users
  • Have genuine leadership ability.
  • Domiciliary homecare management experience
  • Have (or expect to achieve in due course) NVQ3 in Social Care, or QCF or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities
  • To assist our Head of Quality and Operations Managers as requested.
  • To support newly opened branches and branch Managers through their set up phase and orientation into Alina Homecare.
  • To provide short term branch managerial support in the absence of a Branch (Registered) Manager.
  • To conduct branch audits as requested, including telephone audits and field-based visits if necessary.
  • To support Greenfield branches through their set up phase which may include recruitment/training/coordination support as requested.
  • To maintain effective and positive communication between branches and the Company’s administration team, Local Authority departments, private customers and other external agencies as required.
  • In extremis, to deliver care when and where necessary.
  • Deliver induction /refresher training as required.
  • Carry out investigations/disciplinary meetings as required.
  • To work at all times in line with Alina Homecare’s policies, procedures and within any other directive issued by Alina Homecare’s senior management and EXCO.
