ABOUT US:

THE ROLE:

As our Quality Assurance Officer, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll coordinate quality tasks, handle sampling and documentation, support third-party audits, and maintain compliance with organic and food safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct sampling and testing of products and materials to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records for traceability, audits, and reporting purposes.
• Support the preparation and execution of third-party audits, including documentation.
• Collaborate on the development and maintenance of quality procedures, SOPs and training.
• Perform internal audits to monitor compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist with managing inventory and sample retention processes.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to uphold compliance with SQF, Organic, GAP, and GMP standards.
