Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of defence: identify, resolve, document (per SOPs), and escalate production issues relating to process, equipment, quality, or safety.
  • Work with the QHSE Team to analyse problems, investigate root causes, and implement process enhancements.
  • Draft, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures. Promote disciplined problem-solving and structured issue resolution across functions.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure production processes and builds align with internal standards and specifications. Promptly address and report non-conformances.
  • Inspect incoming materials against technical drawings and supplier specs; log discrepancies and ensure compliance before production.
  • Isolate non-conforming items; report to QHSE Manager and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Assist in preparing technical quality documentation: PPAP, PFMEA, and other necessary materials.
  • Keep all stakeholders (internal and external) informed and aligned on quality objectives and updates.
  • Be agile in responding to shifting priorities while maintaining excellence.
  • Drive adherence to ISO-aligned Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance across all processes.
