LOCATION: KILCOY, QLD

We are seeking experienced Quality Assurance Officers to join our team and ensure the consistent delivery of quality products to KGF customers. The successful candidate will support the operational teams by assisting the business achieve its operational and strategic goals through monitoring effective QA practices identifying and providing corrective and preventative actions as required. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and Quality Systems requirements though partnering with Production
  • Document control and report on the non-conformance and Corrective Action Requirements (CAR’s) within the parameters of the Quality Management System
  • Support and implement key food safety requirements and quality outcomes
  • Undertake quality internal audits, HACCP enquiries, and respond to any customer complaints
  • Ensure all staff are aware and comply with the necessary requirements of our Quality Management Systems
