Job Description We’re expanding our National Quality team and are seeking an experienced Medicolegal Quality Assurance Reviewer on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll review specialist medical reports to ensure they are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, supporting informed health and work outcome decisions. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers, and medical specialists to maintain high-quality reporting standards. Key Responsibility Review medical reports for accuracy, clarity, and compliance Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure complete and high-quality outcomes Identify and resolve report issues with consultants and referrers Maintain compliance with legislative and client requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Meet quality and productivity targets Qualifications About You Proficient skills in Microsoft word and ability to learn Practice Manager Operating Systems Strong ability to read, interpret and make critical judgement calls Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage high report volumes Ability to balance quality, speed, and accuracy High levels of EQ, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas Genuine passion for providing exemplary customer service Positive attitude and growth mindset.
