Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
Comfortable to handle administrative work in Halal, HACCP / ISO22000 or other Food Safety Audits
Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
Responsibilities
Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality assurance in the production line, restaurants, events etc
Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspection
Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials
Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products to meet company standards
Minimize down-time by reducing production re-work and recalls
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
