We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our quality processes and will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s success and reputation as a market leader. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement. Review and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are effectively communicated throughout the organization. Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met during manufacturing. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for corrective action. Coordinate and conduct training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements. Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
