About the job

The OQA Manager provides support to the Safety & Quality Assurance Director in monitoring and the development of the Operations Quality management system of PF to ensure compliance with GCAA Airworthiness Regulations, and to monitor that the high standards demanded by PF are continuously retained and improved. Deputizes for Quality Assurance Director when required.

Qualifications/Requirements :Essential: Engineering Degree.

Certificates:Essential: Commercial Pilot license or Flight Engineer.

• Experience & Knowledge:Essential:5 years experience as Pilot or Flight Engineer.
• 10 years experience in Aviation.
• Knowledge of GCAA, EASA, FAA general rules and regulations.
• Desirable:Knowledge experience of a functioning Operations organization.

Skills:Good oral and written English and Arabic. Ability to systemize cases.
