ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Manager of Quality Assurance Production, you will lead a team responsible for monitoring product quality at key inspection points in the battery manufacturing process. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, you will drive quality objectives by implementing control methods, analyzing data trends, and initiating corrective actions. You will also oversee quality-related projects, ensuring they meet timelines and regulatory standards.
This position is a temporary hybrid model, requiring 2 days per week onsite in the St. Thomas office. This is subject to change based on the needs of the project and will eventually transition to fully onsite.
